People complain that the shower drains are slow, but that's because the water pressure is incredibly good. I've never felt such a powerful shower. No drain could handle that amount of water. The room in casino tower was clean and wonderful. Comfy bed, great pillows, full length mirror in bathroom was a nice perk. Staff was friendly and helpful,.and the pool was incredible. There was even a locker room with showers next to the pool. We couldn't spend the night, sadly, but we spent all day here at the pool, and relaxing in the room. Well worth the $65. Also, the gift shop was nicer than any in Reno. Huge selection. Great price, highly recommend coming here for a long weekend if you want to relax and have fun.

I love that the place is always clean and smells the same. The pool was warm and clean. The food was good at the restaurant. Overall, just like staying at the Nugget. The parking is great, so easy to find a spot and not too far of a walk. We stayed on the other side this time that was close to the parking garage and the rooms were just as nice.

The room was spacious and even though the view was the train station. The snow made everything look beautiful. It was still quiet enough the whole 3days we were there. We had to stay an extra two days because of weather conditions. They made the extra days seem like it was no trouble at all in the inconvenience.
